Krishna Kumar Upadhyay is the promoter founder of Kshipra Security & Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. of companies, he started his career with Security as well as finance, and has gained a vast experience in security, operations and maintenance. Presiding at the helm of the Group, he is the source of guidance and sound corporate practices for a highly evolved team. Over years of his leadership, business insight and operational expertise has strengthened the growth trajectory of the group by introducing it to new markets. He is post graduate in Sociology. He remains steadfast on values and always has an eye for detail on every innovation he conceived. His policy of not giving up and uncompromised approach to deliver best in class solutions, exceeding client expectations every time and coupled with his people and organizational building skills, created a talent pool of great leaders and high performing teams which are the pillars of Kshipra’s success today.
